2016 Parade Theme “Fruits of Our Labor, Feeding the World” Color - Green
Saturday, September 3
8:00 a.m. 5K Run/Walk-Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at High School parking lot
8:00 a.m. City Wide Garage Sales
8:00 a.m. Farmers Market, Flea Market, Crafts, and Food at the Corner of Main and 4th Street
4-8:00 p.m. SEBA food booth set up at the corner of Main and 4th Streets
4:30 p.m. Pet Parade. Line up at the Firehouse and walk on Main Street to 4th Street
6-8:00 p.m. Cruise-In at corner of Main and 4th Street. $5 Donation goes to St. Elmo Education foundation. Dash Plaque awarded to first 20 cars.
7-10:00 p.m. Night Moves band under the tent at the corner of Main and 4th Street
Sunday, September 4
2-4:00 p.m. C-Bar Rodeo on Tower Road by the New Horizons Church.
Food sales at the Church from 1-4 p.m.
6:00 p.m. Gospel Band SLCC Ensemble at St. Elmo Christian Church
Monday, September 5
6-9:30 a.m. Pancake breakfast at the Firehouse.
9:00 a.m. Concession stands, flea markets, booths open. Pony rides all day.
10:30 a.m. Parade begins. Line up at high school at 9:00 a.m. Route: South on Walnut, East on Second, North on Main, and East on 4th, ending at Fayette County Bank. $5 Entry fee day of parade — entry forms can be found online at www.cityofstelmo.com
12-3:00 p.m. Heather and Marty duo under the tent at the corner of Main and 4th St.
3-4:00 p.m. Power Wheels cars - bumper cars for Small Children
12-5:00 p.m. Dunking Booth and Inflatables at Main and 4th Streets.
12:30 p.m. Parade winners will be announced at the corner of 5th and Main Street
1-5:00 p.m. Bingo at the corner of 5th and Main Street — Sponsored by SEBA
4-7:00 p.m. County Line band under the tent at the corner of Main and 4th Street
5:00 p.m. St. Elmo Lion’s Club Cakewalk
7:00 p.m. Announcement of Citizen of the Year
7:00 p.m. SEBA 50/50 drawing will be held. ∞Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5
∞Need not be present to win.
